	Hot Line is open from Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 01:00 pm / 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm). It is included within the assistance contract.
	IPLS Net To answer all questions of the users, our technical service is open 24h/24 by e-mail. Our technicians answer you under 12 hours maximum.
	As many users wished such a service, the IPLS Forum is under development and will be available very soon. This new service will bring users a permanent forum of exchange for your projects, problems and ideas concerning products IPLS.
